  1. Hi Chef, I live in the US and I can not find glucose syrup 43BE anyplace. Can I use corn syrup as a replacement? Also, when do you add gel food coloring to make the various colors of Pastillage ?

  4. thank you very much ,I really love your teaching way,my question will be strange to you because in our country we don't have this pastillage and I have never tasted it,we only have a usual sugar paste,so is this pastillage delicious and easy to be eaten by children or is it hard to them to be eaten and thank you for answering because I want to do it at home for my children and their friends . thanks.
