  1. Thank you for another video that no one thought of doing! I am making my first wedding cake next year and it's for a good friend. Thank you for giving me an option for stabilizing and stacking a cake that does not involve bubble tea straws. Thank you also for the work you put in to your videos.

  2. Hi I've been asked to do a three tier cake and was thinking of doing the chocolate dowels but could you make a chocolate board, i was thinking a thicker one and then hiding it with chocolate frosting using a piping tip

  6. It is very brilliant idea, no doubt, however it has pro and cons, because we have to experience ourselves to fully understand how it works in different environments specially during hot weather, it may be seamless in all chocolate cake but yellow cakes or white cakes not so sure when you cut how each piece will look like…….i mean you using plastic to drill the cake anyways, why people oppose on straws food grade plastic or wooden dowels? but i'm definitely experimenting this method during winter for sure, in summer im little reluctant because this much melted chocolate will definitely alter the non chocolaty cake taste……..and make them molten lava cake….just kidding……no seriously……

  7. Excellent idea! 3 Questions though sir, 1. What did you use to make the 4 dowel holes into the cake (the piece with the wooden insert)? 2. What is the name of the tool you used to press the circles into the cake before removing cake from dowel holes. 3. Do you sell any of these items?
