I have made this cake and it looked beautiful. I made the sponge in cake box's like the tutorial showed it worked a treat. Will be making this cake many times thank you yena way x

Is the mock cream you use available for retail sale in Australia? If not, can you recommend one? The only mock cream I can find retail is Rich’n Smooth which is ok, but not as good as the mock cream available commercially.

baaahahahahaha…. "…you can take a double boiler and simmer water… mixing mixing mixing… we have to warm up this to melt the sugar and how I do this is very easy, just chuck it in the microwave…" LOLOLOL Love it!
