Some questions stay still problematic for me: how to manage time and schedule of the all process, when to start before the event day?How to manage the freshness, in or out of the fridge, especially at the final process when the cake is covered with the sugar paste?
So if one day you could share these questions on a video it will be really helpful.

This gotta be one of the best cake-making channel on youtube. I came accross this video looking for an answer where i and my wife gone wrong when we first try making a fondant-coated cake. And we pretty much did everything wrong. 😂 Especially the "condensation" thing.
