1/4 cup beaten egg whites

1/2 cup superfine sugar

2 cups of your favorite flowers


Use a paper towel to clean and blot the flowers. Using a paintbrush, apply a thin coating of egg white on every side of the blossoms or petals. Next, put the flowers in a shallow container of extremely fine sugar and dust extra sugar on the petals until they are coated. Ensure that every flower is covered with sugar. The next step is to take out the flowers and put them on waxed paper. Repeat the process and dust all the flowers with more sugar and ensure that the sugar covers every part of the flower.

For the next 8 hours, let the flowers dry on the waxed paper. Afterward, you can store these delicious delights in airtight containers at room temperature for later use.
