Ingredients (Serves 20 | Prep time: 40m | Cooking time: 25m | 222 calories & 11.5g fat p/serving):

For the sponge:
– 110g Butter
– 110g Self-raising Flour
– 110g Caster sugar
– 3 Eggs

For the frosting:
– 40g Butter
– 40g Cream Cheese
– 200g Icing Sugar

For the decoration:
– 300g Baking chocolate
– Hundreds & Thousands or sprinkles
