  1. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for shearing your knowledge with us I truly appreciate your time and effort knowing you are a busy person and yet you take time to make these informative tutorials that I know have helped a lots of new and seasoned bakers such as my self. Four years ago I move from New Jersey to Massachusetts the thing is that I have a lot of costumers, friends, and family that are far away due to my address change, but they are also loyal costumers so very often I have to drive long ways with large cakes. Last year I had to deliver a 5 layer wedding cake when I had a horrible experience, it was winter time and it was snowing I drive right into a big hole on the road I did not see it until way too late well as a result the wedding cake shifted from the vase and got damage so bad that I had to make a new cake to rebuild the base of the cake, thank God I traveled one day before the delivery date to spend some time with my grandchildren. Well as Tired as I was from the five hours drive I worked on the cake all night till the morning at 10.47am. I manage to save the cakestop at my daughter home so I could use her oven But now I will put what I just learned from your tutorial.
Once again thank you and GOD bless you

  3. God bless you too Mr Yenner. Please continue airing those videos. Your issue management style is very logical. Necessity is the true mother of invention! By watching your videos, I don't need to 'reinvent the wheel' when the requirement arise.

  4. This is brilliant. I was almost in a massive pileup accident last week and damaged a cake I was delivering. I am going to do this! So smart! You can never be too careful when it comes to people on the road or gradients. Awesome

  5. It's practical, reusable and reliable. What else can one ask for more. God bless you for your generosity of sharing all your valuable experiences. Yes, problem solving videos will be great. Thank you, thank you and thank you! 👍👍👍
