Buttercream Lavender Spring Cake Tutorial- Rosie’s Dessert Spot
In this cake decorating tutorial, I demonstrate how to create pretty Lavender springs using a 104 piping tip. These go nicely on the side or the top of a cake, or on cookies when piped with royal icing. Enjoy!

I use these butter based cakes above because they are sturdy under fondant and stable at room temperature, as are the muds.
